Jasper Philipsen won the Brugge-De Panne, a 211 km World Tour race held today in Belgium. The race, made tough by the rain, saw the Alpecin rider Deceuninck prevail, protagonist of the decisive action about fifteen kilometers from the finish together with Olav Kooij, Yves Lampaert and Frederik Frison , with whom he detached what was left of the group of the best.
