According to Vingegaard who wins the general classification
Giulio Ciccone won the eighth and final stage of the Dauphiné Tour, from Le Pont de Claix to La Bastille-Grenoble Alpes Métropole of 152.8km.
At the end of a demanding stage, with six climbs including the tough final 2km stretch, the Trek rider Segafredo, protagonist of the day's breakaway, preceded Jonas Vingegaard and Adam Yates by a few seconds.
Vingegaard is the winner of the Dauphine ahead of Yates and O'Connor.
