The 2026 Flèche Wallonne is once again preparing to put on a spectacular show on the roads of Belgium, confirming its status as one of the most iconic events of the Ardennes season. Located between the Amstel Gold Race and Liège-Bastogne-Liège, this race is the ideal terrain for specialists in short but explosive climbs.

The Flèche Wallonne route follows tradition: a continuous succession of ups and downs in the Ardennes that wear out the legs before the grand finale. The race covers approximately 200 km, with numerous "walls" to tackle in the second half.

The key point remains, as always, the legendary Mur de Huy, a lethal ramp of about 1.3 km with gradients exceeding 20%. After a tense final circuit, everything is decided in the final 300 meters, where explosiveness and timing make the difference.

Pogacar and Evenepoel will not be at the start of the Freccia, but there will be no shortage of high-level riders such as Paul Seixas, the favorite of the day after his dominant success at the Itzulia.

Among the possible protagonists are a large number of French riders: in addition to Seixas, we also mention Lenny Martinez, Benoit Cosnefroy, Kevin Vauquelin, Valentin Paret Peintre and Romain Gregoire.

Mattias Skjelmose, second at the Amstel, is also constantly improving and could surprise.

We remind you to field your team in the various leagues and register for the Liège-Bastogne-Liège League, taking place on Sunday. There will be fantastic prizes for the best, and the usual badge for the top 100.
