Filippo Ganna is confirmed as the Italian time trial champion. The Team Ineos rider precedes Mattia Cattaneo by 24" and Matteo Sobrero by 30".

For Ganna this is the fourth national time trial title, after those won in 2019, 2020 and last year. Cattaneo, on the other hand, repeats the second place obtained in 2022, always behind Ganna.
