Joel Suter won the third stage of the Giro di Sicilia with departure from Enna and arrival in Termini Imerese after 150km.

The Swiss rider from Tudor, in his second success in his career, preceded Filippo Fiorelli of the Green Project Bardiani Csf Faizanè and Elia Viviani who rides with the Italian national team jersey.

Finn Fisher-Black retains the lead in the general standings.
