Dorian Godon won the third stage of the Tour de Romandie, 176.6 km long, starting and finishing in Orbe. A long breakaway included, among others, Steinhauser, Caruso, and Cras, the last to be caught by the leading group in the general classification, where Godon managed to rejoin after dropping back on the final climb. The Frenchman from Ineos beat Fisher Black and Paret Peintre in the sprint to the finish.

Tadej Pogacar, fourth at the finish, retains his lead in the general classification.
