Pogacar seals the Tour: victory and record on Alpe d'Huez!

Tadej Pogacar wins stage 18 of the Tour de France, from Gap to Alpe d'Huez (127.9 km).

On the first two climbs, a breakaway of 43 men formed, including Lenny Martinez, eighth in the overall standings.
Pedersen wins another intermediate sprint and secures the green jersey.

The yellow jersey group approaches the final climb 3'10" behind the breakaway.
Carapaz , Martinez and Kuss set off in front, while Pogacar attacked as soon as the Alpe d'Huez began.

Pogacar managed to catch the three leaders in the final 2 km and dropped them on the final climb. The world champion triumphed and set a new record for the climb.
Second place went to Martinez, third to Carapaz, while Evenepoel was a few seconds ahead of the other men in the standings, with Del Toro ahead of Skjelmose and Seixas.
