With Martin lost, it's up to Aranburu and Buchmann

Cofidis is coming to the start of the 2025 season with some new features but there are still big doubts about the team's potential. Guillaume Martin and Axel Zingle are out, Simon Geschke and Gorka Izagirre are retired, the French team has decided to focus on experience.

The proof comes from the rather low Fantacycling odds. Both for the confirmed Ion Izagirre (17) and for Bryan Coquard (12), respectively men for short stage races and for some particularly lively stages.

Then there are some new arrivals like Alex Aranburu from Movistar (18), Emanuel Buchmann (1) from Red Bull Bora hansgrohe and Dylan Teuns (6) from Israel, very different riders looking for some good results between the Ardennes, Pro Series races and stage races.

It is difficult to find any possible surprises here but we feel like mentioning our friend Benjamin Thomas (2), winner of a stage at the 2024 Giro d'Italia, and Sylvain Moniquet (2), a man for long breakaways.
