Tadej Pogacar has lost another valuable teammate for the upcoming Classics: after Narvaez, Tim Wellens has also joined the injury list.
The Belgian champion, who fell at the Omloop Nieuwsblad, broke his collarbone .

A very common injury in the cycling world that does not compromise the season, but which will force Wellens to miss Strade Bianche and Milano Sanremo , where he would have been a key ally for Tadej Pogacar, especially on the Cipressa.

Wellens will be out for a few weeks and could return between the end of March and the beginning of April, for the last cobbled classics or, more likely, for the races in the Ardennes.
