Ganna overtakes Tiberi in the general classification thanks to the intermediate sprint
Jonathan Milan (Lidl-Trek) wins the seventh and final stage of the Tirreno-Adriatico from Porto Potenza Picena to San Benedetto del Tronto (147km).
Ineos Grenadiers set a strong pace early on and went to catch the initial breakaway, with Van der Poel and Vauquelin on the inside, on the only climb of the day. The British aim was to secure bonus seconds at the intermediate sprint 42km from the finish.
Ganna wins the intermediate sprint , gains 3" and overtakes Tiberi in the general classification.
The completely flat finish favors the group sprint finish. Theuns launches a sprint for Milan who capitalizes perfectly, narrowly beating Sam Bennet . Third place for Kooij .
