Alberto Casagrande , aka Cappagranade, won the first final of the event on MyWhoosh for the 2026 Team Fantacycling selections.

The race was run on a 42.3 km course with a flat route and very short climbs. The pace was very high.   right from the early stages, with twelve athletes competing for the final victory after an hour of racing.

Pietro Palumbo attempted to get ahead of the pack, but his attack was unsuccessful. Casagrande overtook him almost to the finish line. Vincenzo Barone and Luca Toffolo also made the podium, while Palumbo had to settle for fourth place.
