The 22 teams that will participate in the next Giro d'Italia are official. The Wild Cards will be the Vf Group-Bardiani Csf-Faizanè, the Polti-Kometa and the Swiss Tudor Pro Cycling . There is therefore nothing to be done for Corratec Vini Fantini, Lotto Dstny and Q-36.

In addition to the 18 World Tour teams there will also be the Israel-Premier Tech professional team which had the automatic invitation at its disposal due to the results obtained in 2023
