Possible debut at Sanremo, but no Northern Classics

Possible rumours are starting to emerge regarding the big names' schedules for next season, among these is news leaking out about Remco Evenepoel 's possible calendar for 2026 :

- Volta ao Algarve;
- Tyrrhenian-Adriatic;
- Milan-Sanremo;
- Walloon Arrow;
- Liège-Bastogne-Liège;
- Giro d'Italia;
- Tour de France;
- Quebec GP;
- Montreal GP;
- ITT World Championships;
- RR World Championships;
- European ITTs;
- European RR;
- Lombardy

The Belgian's year could start in Portugal with the Volta ao Algarve , a race with which he has an excellent feeling with 3 successes (2020-22-24).
The Tirreno-Adriatico would be a good test in view of a possible debut at the Milan-Sanremo , a race which, given recent trends, could be interesting for Evenepoel.

However, his absence from the Northern Classics , which he could focus on in the second part of his career, seems almost certain.

After the Ardennes, the 2000-born rider could take part in the Giro , although it is currently difficult to predict who will actually take part, also considering the absence of an official route.

The second part of the season for the new Red Bull Bora signing seems to be already decided: Tour , Canadian classics and then the big world championship objectives with other tough courses suited to his characteristics, to then close, as has now become customary, with Il Lombardia .
