Juan Sebastian Molano won stage 12 of the Vuelta a España, from Olvega to Zaragoza by 150.6km. The few sprinters present in the Spanish race did not miss the opportunity in a stage without particular altitude difficulties: in the sprint the UAE Emirates rider, piloted perfectly by his teammate Rui Olivera, preceded Kaden Groves of Alpecin and Boy Van Poppel of the Intermarché.

Sepp Kuss (Jumbo Visma) keeps the lead in the general standings. Tomorrow one of the most difficult stages of the 2023 edition: it will arrive on the Col du Tourmalet after having also climbed the Aubisque and the Col de Spandelles for a total of 134.7 km.
