The American from EF Pro Cycling precedes Ilan Van Wilder , Matej Mohoric and Michael Woods in the sprint, while Mauri Vansevenant finishes fifth at 14".

Powless returns to win the Japan Cup after his success in 2022 and gets his second victory of the season after the one at the finish line in Borgomanero at the Gran Piemonte .
