Starting with Ineos Grenadiers , one of the most interesting teams in the World Tour, struggling with several new additions and a less than exciting incoming transfer market.

Having lost Ethan Hayter and Narvaez, the British team will rely heavily on Filippo Ganna (22 fantamillions) for Sanremo and some races in the North as well as the usual time trials where, together with the former world champion, Joshua Tarling (10), Magnus Sheffield (16) and Tobias Foss (4) could also do well.

The team appears weaker for the big stage races, with Carlos Rodriguez (35 fantamillions) chasing a prestigious result after a 2024 of ups and downs. With him the eternal Geraint Thomas (21), Thymen Arensman (19) and Egan Bernal (21) on whom however there is a big question mark on the possibility of returning to the top.

Thomas Pidcock (28) has stayed, for now although his discontent could affect his performances.

Two potential low-cost surprises are newcomer Axel Laurance (6), suited to stages and races with a rather undulating route, and Ben Turner (3), a specialist in one-day races (falls and condition permitting).
