Sam Welsford won Stage 4 of the Renewi Tour, 179.4km Beringen to Peer. The Dsm rider preceded the sprint Olav Kooij of Jumbo Visma and Jasper Philipsen of Alpecin. A couple of crashes in the final, involving Fred Wright and Arnaud Demare.

In the general classification of the race, which will end tomorrow, Tim Wellens retains the lead.
