Check the timer within the app and enter your training

The confirmation came suddenly and the fact that Primoz Roglic races the Tirreno-Adriatico reshuffles the cards not only for the outcome of the race, but also for the fantamanagers, busy lining up their formations with the simultaneity of Paris-Nice .

The Slovenian enters among the favorites for the final victory, even if in the team he has Wout Van Aert , who in the race of the two seas has shown that he can make the classification and an element like Attila Valter , who shone at the Strade Bianche .

Among the men in the standings we have to keep an eye on Adam Yates and Joao Almeida of UAE Team Emirates , as well as Enric Mas ( Team Movistar ), the only one who has shown in this start of the season to keep pace with Tadej Pogacar uphill.   Speaking of the classification , Team Ineos lines up both Geraint Thomas and Thymen Arensman , but watch out for Tom Pidcock , who after his victory at the Strade Bianche has the physical condition to be able to have his say in a short stage race.

In Bora Hansgrohe there are both Jai Hindley and Aleksandr Vlasov and if the two are in good condition, they will be able to put anyone in difficulty, considering the presence in the team of a quality joker like Lennard Kamna .   Bahrain Victorious relies on the experience of Damiano Caruso , while Soudal Quick Step and Alpecin Deceuninck have no classification men, but will go hunting for stages. In the "Wolfpack" Julian Alaphilippe will seek redemption after his disappointment in Strade Bianche , as will Van der Poel in Alpecin .

Among the sprinters there is a parterre of top riders such as Philipsen , Jakobsen , Groenewegen , Gaviria , Girmay , Cavendish and Viviani , but there will be other interesting names such as Meeus , Dainese and Molano .

We remind you to check the timer inside the app which will indicate the time limit to enter the training and to check the race startlist in the events section, updated live. Furthermore, before making your exchanges, you can click on filter and by pressing on "Tirreno-Adriatico", you will see which runners will participate in the race . This feature is present for all runs entered in the app calendar.

THE ROUTE: The first of the seven overall stages will be the 11.5 km time trial with start and finish in Lido di Camaiore , while the second and third stages, with finishes in Follonica and Foligno , should be good for sprinters (although the second presents a few more pitfalls in the ending and could give some surprises).

The 218km fourth stage from Greccio to Tortoreto is choppy and nervous, with the final circuit and the passage up the Tortoreto climb four times (3.2km at 6.9%). Here there could be a challenge between Van Aert and Van der Poel , but also room for the men in the standings who already want to attack.

The fifth stage , on the other hand, will be the most difficult, with the uphill arrival at Sassotetto, after a rough path that leaves no time to catch your breath. The final ascent, the Valico di Santa Maria Maddalena has a length of 13.1 km, with an average gradient of 7.3% and peaks of 9.1 and 9.8%.

Even the sixth stage , with start and finish in Osimo, is not without pitfalls. A choppy path full of strains, which can hurt after the previous day's efforts. A stage suitable for attackers or classic men (Pidcock could do just fine here).

The race will then conclude with the last stage with start and finish in San Benedetto del Tronto (154 km) and an opportunity for the sprinters. The difficulties, in fact, will only be in the first part of the route, before the final clearing towards the finish.
