Tobias Lund Andresen wins the 2026 Cadel Evans Great Ocean Road Race , 182.3 km starting and finishing in Geelong.

In the first part of the race, it was impossible to form a consistent breakaway, with the group keeping every attack under control.
From the second pass on Challambra Crescent the big names began to try, with some attacks by Buitrago, Brennan, Kron and Zambanini that led nowhere.

O'Connor tries to keep the pace high on the next pass, but it is Team Visma who keep the race closed and catch an attempt by Harper and Skaarseth.

On the final climb of Challambra, Schmid tried his luck, but failed to make a difference, but his move took away a small group of 20 men.

In the final stages on the flat, there were still numerous attacks, but it finally came to a narrow sprint with Brennan trying to get away, but Andresen was in amazing form and won the sprint.
Brennan and Gilmore round out the podium.
