De Lie and Strong go up, Hayter down again

Arnaud De Lie won the Quebec GP held yesterday in Canada. The Belgian from Lotto rises by 3 million in our tops and flops. But he's not the only one. Corbin Strong , second, deserves a +3 given his low starting cost.

Alex Aranburu (+2), Michael Matthews, Matej Mohoric and Alexander Kamp (+1) also did well. Among the flops there are now well-known faces who have been steadily declining for a few months: this is the case of Biniam Girmay, Ethan Hayter and Benoit Cosnefroy . But there are also Magnus Cort, Alberto Bettiol, Valentin Madouas and Neilson Powless, all at -1.
