The Fantacycling community has decided: the feat of the year is the spectacular Milan–Sanremo won by Mathieu van der Poel . On social media, fans have chosen his triumph as the most iconic moment of the season, praising the power and courage with which the Dutch champion outclassed the competition, as well as his resistance against Tadej Pogacar and Filippo Ganna.

In the final, Sanremo got the better of the Giro d'Italia won by Simon Yates , who was nevertheless the protagonist of a spectacular comeback against Del Toro and Carapaz on the Colle delle Finestre.

The big loser, according to many fans, was Tadej Pogačar , who missed out on the decisive duel despite a successful season. His absence from the podium of the most voted feats was the main surprise, a sign that Van der Poel's triumph at the Classicissima left an indelible mark on fans.
