Olav Kooij (Team Visma | Lease a bike) wins the fourth stage of the Tirreno-Adriatico, from Norcia to Trasacco (190 km).

Five men in the breakaway : Maestri, Blume-Levy, Arcas, Rutsch and Leemreize. Along the Valico della Crocetta , Milan breaks away , visibly tired after yesterday's fall.

After the summit, fans form and Gee, Landa, S.Yates, Dunbar and Vauquelin remain behind, as well as Kooij and Magnier as regards the sprinters.

With 20km to go, the group led by Ganna's Ineos had a 1' lead over the rest of the riders, but 5km later the two groups regrouped thanks to the work of Soudal Quick Step.

On the 5km-deep climb, Healy , Ganna and Van der Poel move forward, with the Irishman reaching Maestri and Blume at the head of the race.

In the last hundred meters the group recovers and Kooij wins the bunch sprint, ahead of Pluimers and Van der Poel .
