The last Vuelta Valenciana , however, is to be observed with particular attention to the lot of starters and the level of the stages; Aleksandr Vlasov won already demonstrating an excellent condition and above all a great uphill leg, while Remco Evenepoel showed flashes of class alternating with the usual difficulties when the slopes get very hard.  

The Russian costs 31 million at Fantacycling; could it have found its consecration by passing from Astana to Bora? It may be, for sure, in the stage on the dirt road (Strade Bianche style) he impressed.

Behind them, an interesting performance by Carlos Rodriguez ( Ineos Grenadiers ), third in the general classification and who showed himself much better than his teammates Pavel Sivakov and Tao Geoghegan Hart (respectively 9th at 2'05 "and 12th at 2'54 "from Vlasov). The Spanish is worth a million : it is a real low cost opportunity.  

Also noteworthy is the Movistar duo, Mas and Valverde : the first is regular as always and confirms to be a "placed", while the second never gives up.  

Jakob Fuglsang is also very good, even if you know it here, his price is high: 45 million . Some flashes also from Giulio Ciccone , who finished eighth in the overall standings and on which 20 fantamillioni can be invested.

Chapter fly, Fabio Jakobsen launched, not too timidly, his candidacy for top sprinter of the year. True, other big names of the time were missing such as Dylan Groenewegen and Caleb Ewan (both at the Saudi Tour ), but there was some competition (from Elia Viviani to Alexander Kristoff ) and he destroyed it.
