The Race of the Two Seas Reaches an Important Milestone
Seven stages, 1,130 km and 14,610 meters of elevation gain. These are the key numbers of the Tirreno-Adriatico Crédit Agricole that was unveiled today at the Teatro della Concordia in San Benedetto del Tronto .
The 2025 edition will be the 60th edition of the Corsa dei Due Mari , all consecutive, an important milestone for a race that has been able to renew itself year after year, becoming a true focal point of the cycling season, as confirmed by the latest editions which, from 2019 onwards, have seen victories by riders who have won the Grand Tours such as Simon Yates , Primož Roglič , Tadej Pogačar and Jonas Vingegaard . The long journey in central Italy, which will touch five regions, will start on March 10 from Lido di Camaiore with an individual time trial and end on the 16th, as usual, in San Benedetto del Tronto . In between, the usual mix of fractions for sprinters and opportunities for finishers before the Cartoceto-Frontignano, a testing ground for climbers with the finish on an unprecedented climb.

Stage 1 (10/03): Lido di Camaiore – Lido di Camaiore (9.9 km, time trial)
Stage 2 (11/03): Camaiore – Follonica (189 km)
Stage 3 (12/03): Follonica – Colfiorito/Foligno (239 km)
Stage 4 (13/03): Norcia – Trasacco (184 km)
Stage 5 (14/03): Ascoli Piceno – Pergola (196 km)
Stage 6 (15/03): Cartoceto – Frontignano (166 km)
Stage 7 (16/03): Porto Potenza Picena – San Benedetto del Tronto (147 km)
