The German anticipates Sobrero and Iacomoni
Lennart Jasch wins the fourth stage of the Tour of the Alps, from Arco to Trento (167.8 km).
In the early stages, a five-man breakaway broke away, featuring Jasch, Raccani, Juul-Jensen, Kepplinger and Quinn.
The group tackles the long initial climbs at moderate speed, without particular accelerations.
On the final climbs, Jasch remains alone in the lead, while among the big names, only Pellizzari tries, after the work of Q 36.5.
No one, however, was able to make a difference, with Jasch sprinting to the finish line alone. From behind, Sobrero and Iacomoni tried to catch up on the descent, but were unable to catch the German who had triumphed in Trento.
There are no changes to the general classification, with Pellizzari retaining the green jersey until the final stage.
