The 2026 edition of the Arctic Race of Norway ended with a home victory. In the final stage, held today with the finish in Narvik, Norwegian Cedrik Bakke Christophersen found the right moment to attack in the closing stages and take the stage win ahead of the leading group. Ludovico Crescioli finished second overall.

The fourth and final stage, almost 191 kilometers long from Sortland to Narvik, was the last chance to challenge the general classification, but leader Guillermo Thomas Silva responded authoritatively to the attacks of his opponents, defending the jersey he had won in the queen stage to Storheia.

For the XDS Astana rider, this is a very prestigious success, achieved thanks to his victory in the third stage and his ability to control the race on the final day.

In the general classification Silva leads Van Eetvelt by 14 seconds and Alessandro Pinarello by 25 seconds.
