Joshua Tarling puts everyone in line in the second stage of the Renewi Tour: he wins the individual time trial in Sluis covering the 13.6 km route in 15:05 at an average speed of 54.1 km/h.

Behind the British are four Belgian riders: Wellens at 14", Lampaert at 18", Stuyven at 19" and Vermeersch at 21".

Asgreen and Mohoric, favorites for the general classification, are positioned further back, with the Dane paying 21" while the Slovenian 26".
